How to find cheap flights to Larnaca from the UK...
Since 30 September 2010, the budget airline Ryanair started flying to Larnaca International Airport from Charleroi (Belgium) and Stockholm but so far no UK services.
EasyJet and Monarch airlines have been flying to Larnaca for some time and they all have excellent deals on offer.

The main airport on the island is situated in Larnaca which is the second largest city on the island. The airport first opened in February 1975 after Nicosia airport was forced to close due to the invasion of Cyprus by Turkey on 20 July 1974.
The airport is used as a hub by airlines such as Middle Eastern Airways (MEA) with flying time from Larnaca to Beirut only 20 minutes. It takes such a short time that it feels once you've taken off it's time to land in Beirut. If you search the internet you can also find many cheap flights to Larnaca from Beirut.
At the moment the airport serves more than 30 international airlines and over 30 charter airlines with the major operators being Cyprus Airways which is the national airline of Cyprus.
Expansion of Larnaca Airport
The new terminal opened in November 2009 with a capacity of 7.5 million passengers and a runway extension. Phase 2 of the prgram will commence in 2013, (dependent on traffic growth) and will include an extension of the new terminal to increase capacity to 9 million passengers per annum.
Getting Here
The airport is 3 miles away from Larnaca town and and the Salt Lakes and can be reached easily by car, taxi and public transport.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
From Limassol there's a shuttle bus service with 14 trips per day - ticket price is 7Euro.
From Nicosia the shuttle service can be up to 30 trips per day and the ticket price is 5Euro. All shuttle services are non-stop.
Larnaca Airport to Paphos - the shuttle service between Larnaca Airport and Paphos which you might need to use as you will often find flights to Larnaca are much cheaper than to Paphos (strange but the reverse used to happen).
