Aphrodite's Beach Paphos
The most famous of Paphos beaches is Petra tou Romiou, birthplace of Aphrodite. The beach is 25km east of Pafos and people come from all over the world to visit the place where Aphrodite emerged from the sea... it's also a very popular place to get married. Lara Beach This is a truly stunning beach on the southern edge of the Akamas peninsula. It's also a protected area for the marine turtles who lay their eggs here so, be sure to tread very carefully.
Agios Georgos Beach A sandy and rocky beach with a lovely little harbor which is overlooked by the beautiful Byzantine church of ..... and by one of the best fish restaurants in town. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire.
Pharos (Lighthouse) Beach Easy to access as there's a bus stop just outside the beach. There's also a bar and you can hire sunbeds and umbrellas.
Coral Bay The beach is 10km outside of Pafos and is extremely popular. It has lovely white sand and shallow waters so excellent for all the family. Latsi beach & Fishing Village Situated on the Akamas peninsular, this popular fishing village has spectacular beaches and clear sparkling blue sea to swim in.
