PISSOURI BAY

Pissouri Bay is about 3km away from the inland village of the same name and 30km to the west of Limassol town centre. It's also the same distance from Paphos.

As well as being famous as a wine growing area it's also famous for it's close proximity to Aphrodite's birth place which is just a few kilometers to the west and not far from the lovely Aphrodite Hills Resort.

This lovely resort has a magnificent 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, Spa and in the Village Square there are a variety of shops, restaurants and a wedding chapel.

Enjoy the stunning views of the coast and Troodos Mountains from this traditional Cyprus hill-side village which had everything you need for a peaceful holiday to Cyprus.

The pedestrianized village square has a church, fountain, shops and a wide variety of tavernas and bars where you can enjoy the locally grown wines.

The newly built amphitheater provides everyone with excellent entertainment during the summer months and the nearby Bay has retained its Cypriot charm.

During the months of June and August the beach is famous for the Green and Loggerhead turtles which come ashore to lay their eggs.
